TAMMIE LAFLEUR

TAMMIE LAFLEUR

Tammie LaFleur is a Technical Support Specialist for Abbott Laboratories, Incorporated. She has been a part of the organization for 13 years, where she has held multiple titles to include a Hematology Technical Application Specialist and Regional Hematology Specialist. She has practiced in this disciple for almost 20 years as a Product Investigation Specialist, Quality Control Specialist, and Laboratory Supervisor/Manager. Tammie is a 1987 graduate of Washington-Marion Magnet High School. She received her Bachelor of Science, with a specialty as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, from the University of Central Florida. During her career she has received awards of excellence for her contribution as a Hematology Technical Application Specialist and Technical Support Specialist. Tammie is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated Katy Chapter where see serves as the chapter Treasurer. She participates in multiple community services to include an annual community health fair, local international festival for high school students and Habitat for Humanity projects. Tammie resides in Cypress Texas with her husband Cedrick LaFleur, of 30 years. Together they have 2 beautiful children TreKessa(TK) and Patrick.

MINISTER CHARLES ROBERTSON

Pastor Charles is a 1978 graduate of Washington High School. He earned a BA Degree in Biblical Studies from Christian Life School of Theology ( Beacon College) in Columbus, Georgia. He served twenty-two years in the U.S. Military and is a retired Sergeant Major. He currently serves as Assistant Pastor and Administrator of United Christian Fellowship Ministries. He has served as president of the Lake Area Ministers Group, Board Chairman of the Lake Charles Housing Authority, President of the Mayor's Committee for Community & Race Relations, Advisor to the United Methodist Church Long Term Recovery Board, host of the Calcasieu Parish Multi-cultural Youth Conference, member of the Calcasieu Parish Children and Youth Planning Board, the Calcasieu Parish School Board Safe &Drug Free Schools and the CPSB Disproportionality Committee. He is owner of Divine Connections Enterprises, a company with commercial real estate holdings. His company provided facilities for the first three Charter Academies in Lake Charles and the first permanent VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic for Veterans in Calcasieu Parish.


Pastor Robertson established innovative youth mentoring programs such as the Foundations of Fatherhood and the Daughters of Excellence. He served as Director of the Comprehensive Youth Services Program through the Calcasieu Parish Workforce Investment Board. This program provided services to youth such as summer work opportunities, tutoring in Math and English, GED preparation, and comprehensive guidance & counseling. He is founding member and 1st president of the Washington-Marion Athletic Booster Club. He has been married for 33 years to Gloria Gobert Robertson and is proud father of two.

KIMBERLY L. DELLAFOSSE

With more than 17 years of leadership and entrepreneurial experience, Kimberly Dellafosse is poised to inspire and educate others about creating their own path to success. 


Kimberly obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and graduated with honors from Dillard University in 1994. After being named “Registered Nurse of the Year” at the VA Medical Center in New Orleans, she set her focus on a career in hospital management and quickly moved into the ranks of nursing administration and leadership.


During the span of her career, Kimberly has been afforded the opportunity to gain a myriad of career experience. In addition to being a licensed registered nurse, Kimberly also owns a public relations/business consulting business and possesses a certification in esthiology from the Aveda Institute of Beauty which she utilized to launch a skin care and beauty business. Serving as a business owner has allowed her to delve into philanthropy and mentoring, endeavors which continue to shape her passions. In 2011, Kimberly was named one of Thrive Magazine’s Thriving Thirty-Somethings for her commitment to youth.


Kimberly’s civic involvement includes serving as the founder of the community organization The Oak Park Neighborhood Alliance. She also serves on several boards including the Louisiana State Civil Service Commission and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Louisiana.


Kimberly strongly believes that she has yet to reach her maximum potential and as a result, she continues to search for new ventures which will allow her to merge her enterprising spirit with her love of mentoring. 


Kimberly is married to Mack Dellafosse, and they have two children.
